Primary Focus

- Grief/Loss
In my previous career as a nurse, I learned that helping was not solving someone’s problems for them but being with them in an authentic way as a fellow human being. The potential of human-to-human relationships is what drew me to becoming a therapist.
A good fit with a therapist provides the safety to begin shaking loose limiting beliefs that keep you stuck and isolated in painful patterns. It can allow you to experience yourself in new, more flexible, and expansive ways.
I work with individual adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions of any kind. I have a special interest in supporting people living with chronic illness and pain, as well as, older adults facing aging, caregiving, and loss. I invite you to contact me if you think I may be a good fit for you.
What to expect in therapy with me:
