As a child, therapy felt like a chore, something I was forced into and resisted at every turn. Little did I know how profoundly it would shape my life. But years later, facing my own traumas, I rediscovered therapy, this time as a path to healing and growth. This journey from reluctant patient to grateful participant sparked a passion to offer others the transformative experience I found.
My journey at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) opened my heart to diverse healing traditions and identity-affirming approaches, including somatic trauma therapy. Working at the UCSF Infant-Parent Program deeply touched me, reinforcing my commitment to holistic healing of mind, body, and relationships.
I was born and raised in Europe, and my experiences living across the globe have shaped a deep appreciation for the richness of diversity. As part of a mixed-race, interfaith family, identifying as neurodivergent and proudly LGBTQ, I create an inclusive space for all. I’ve walked many paths as a personal development coach, athlete, and professional in business, design, and tech. These experiences have shaped my understanding of human resilience and growth, allowing me to connect authentically with you. I bring these varied experiences into our therapeutic relationship, seeing you not just as a client but as a fellow human on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
What to expect in therapy with me:
There are countless reasons why we seek therapy, and I understand how daunting it can be to figure out where to start, how to proceed, and who to trust. As a therapist, my life’s work is to help people navigate complex trauma. Through compassionate, holistic care, I guide my clients toward resilience and deeper self-understanding. Those I work with appreciate my grounded, direct approach and calm presence, my superpower!
Trauma can feel like a heavy weight on your heart, leaving you feeling isolated, vulnerable, and overwhelmed. It touches every part of life, making even small things feel challenging.
Healing from trauma can feel like rediscovering safety and joy in your relationships, vibrancy in your career, and a deeper connection to yourself. Over time, you’ll become more comfortable in your own skin, free from the weight of past struggles.
Today, as a therapist, I bring not just my training, but a heart full of compassion born from personal experience. I’m here to walk alongside you, understanding that the journey isn’t always easy but believing wholeheartedly in the transformative power of this work. Together, we’ll explore, heal, and grow, just as I have and continue to do.

If you think you might want to work with me, please reach out! Let’s have a 20 minute call to see if it’s a good fit.
