We book the standard 50-minute session for individuals. Family sessions are either 50 or 75 minutes.

Parking

Sacramento Street, where the entrance to our office is located, is metered parking. The streets running perpendicular, Walnut and Laurel, are two-hour parking. Parking is often available within a short walking distance.

Driving Directions from nearby Cities

Directions from San Rafael to 3368 Sacramento Street, San Francisco:

  1. Head south on US-101
    Hop on US-101 South toward San Francisco. If you’re coming from downtown San Rafael, just head toward the freeway and follow the signs to 101 South. It’s about 10 miles to the city, so just stay on this road for a bit.
  2. Golden Gate Bridge Exit
    After about 10 miles, you’ll start to see signs for the Golden Gate Bridge. When you get to the exit, take Exit 437B for the bridge and follow the signs to head toward San Francisco. Stay in the left lanes to get on the bridge.
  3. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge
    Now, just drive across the Golden Gate Bridge—it’s about 1.7 miles, and it’s a toll bridge, so make sure you’ve got your toll payment ready. As you drive across, you’ll get a beautiful view of the bay and Alcatraz Island on your left!
  4. Merge onto Lombard Street
    After the bridge, you’ll merge onto Lombard Street. This is a major street in the city, so it’s easy to spot. Keep in the left lanes because you’ll be making a left turn shortly.
  5. Turn left onto Van Ness Avenue
    Stay on Lombard for about a mile or so, and then turn left onto Van Ness Avenue. This is a big street, so you can’t miss it. Van Ness is lined with historic buildings.
  6. Turn right onto Sacramento Street
    Now, you’ll continue on Van Ness for a couple of blocks, and then you’ll make a right turn onto Sacramento Street. Keep an eye out for California Street as a landmark on your left—when you see that, it means you’re about to turn.
  7. Arriving at 3368 Sacramento Street
    Stay on Sacramento for a couple of miles—when you get near the intersection of Sacramento and Presidio Avenue, you’ll know you’re getting close. Your destination, 3368 Sacramento Street, will be on your left. It’s a residential area, so the building might look a bit tucked in. Look for the number 3368 on the building, and you’ll be there.

Directions from Pacifica to 3368 Sacramento Street, San Francisco:

  1. Get on Highway 1 North
    Start by heading north on Highway 1 (also known as Cabrillo Highway). If you’re near Pacifica State Beach, just head toward the freeway. You’ll be on Highway 1 North for a little while, and you’ll pass through some beautiful coastal scenery.
  2. Merge onto I-280 North
    Stay on Highway 1 North for about 5 miles. When you reach the junction with I-280 North, take the ramp toward San Francisco. It’ll be a smooth transition, and I-280 is a major freeway that’ll take you into the city.
  3. Follow I-280 North into San Francisco
    Keep following I-280 North for about 10 miles. As you approach San Francisco, you’ll start seeing signs for the city and get a nice view of the skyline in the distance. Stay on I-280, and eventually, it will merge into 14th Street in the city.
  4. Take the exit for 19th Avenue
    As you get closer to the city, take the exit for 19th Avenue (also called CA-1 North). You’ll head north on 19th Avenue, which is a major street that takes you through a few residential neighborhoods.
  5. Turn left onto California Street
    When you get to California Street, take a left turn. California Street is a wide, major road, and you’ll be on it for a little while. It’ll feel a bit like you’re heading into the heart of San Francisco.
  6. Turn right onto Van Ness Avenue
    After a few blocks on California Street, you’ll turn right onto Van Ness Avenue. Van Ness is one of the big streets in the city, so you should be able to spot it easily. 
  7. Turn left onto Sacramento Street
    Continue on Van Ness for about a mile, and then turn left onto Sacramento Street. This is a quieter, residential street, so it’ll feel more neighborhood-y as you drive down it. If you see Presidio Avenue on your left, you’re very close.
  8. Arriving at 3368 Sacramento Street
    Keep going on Sacramento Street for another mile or so. You’ll pass a couple of nice parks and tree-lined blocks. 3368 Sacramento Street will be on your left—it’s a residential building, so just watch for the number on the building. There’s usually ample street parking within a few blocks.

Driving from the East Bay

  1. Take I-80 West across the Bay Bridge.  Once you’re over the bridge, look for Exit 2C to Fremont.
  2. Take Exit 2C to Fremont St.
  3. Turn left onto Fremont St. then continue onto Front St.  Keep following the curve as it turns into Front St.
  4. Turn left onto Pine St.  Make a left onto Pine and cross the city to the West side.
  5. Turn right onto Lyon St. Turn right onto Lyon three blocks after Divisadero.
  6. Turn left onto Sacramento St.  Turn left onto Sacramento after two blocks.
